Some of these rentals are every bit as luxurious as our signature condos; others are value-priced, beachfront properties that are nicely-furnished, well-maintained and clean, yet we feel they meet the high standards Pleasure Island Condos customers have come to expect. Some gold and silver rated condos may not include as many amenities as our platinum luxury condos and we can't always offer extensive picture previews of each individual condo, but we are adding photos as they become available.

Beach Location
Beachfront / Gulf Front- This condo has a direct gulf front location with unobstructed balcony views of the beach & Gulf of Mexico.

Beach View- This condo is located on the gulf side with no balcony views or a limited balcony views of the beach & Gulf of Mexico.

Limited Beachfront- This condo has a beachfront location with limited or no balcony views of the bays, coves or bayous or passes.

Across the Street- This condo is located across the street from Gulf of Mexico, with limited or no beach views.


Ratings
Pleasure Island Condos has implemented a rating system to help our customers better understand each condos' character.

Platinum- A condo with this rating represents the finest accommodations in the area. The furnishings and appointments are superior, as are all other aspects of the interior. First impressions are "WOW!"

Gold- A condo with this rating reflects recent interior design motifs and coordinated decorating efforts. Inventory contained within each room of the home or condo is upscale and in excellent condition. In short, a gold condo is comfortable and stylish with the feeling of home.

Silver- A condo with this rating reflects a nice accommodation with furniture that is gently used. A consistent style is apparent throughout, although the condo is a bit older and lacking in thoroughness and finishing touches it maintains cleanliness.

Bronze- A condo with this rating reflects a more sterile environment. Personality and decorating motifs are present, albeit not fully coordinated; there may be a "pieced together" feel. First impressions are "OK". Inventory contained in each room of the home or condo is mostly utilitarian and meets minimum expectations. In short, a bronze condo offers a no frills, but acceptable lodging experience.

Substandard- A condo with this rating does not meet minimal rating standards. First impressions are generally, "I won't stay here!" Inventory contained in each room of the home or condo is sparse, mismatched, and/or severely worn or broken. In short, a substandard condo does not reflect first class resort lodging to destination vacationers. We will not rent substandard properties at Pleasure Island Condos.

For your assurance and satisfaction, and to offer different price points, Pleasure Island Condos only offers Platinum, Gold, and Silver Properties. On occasion, we may have a special offer on properties with lower ratings.


Beds
K - King, Q - Queen, F - Full, TW - Twin, BB - Bunk Beds, SS - Queen Sleeper Sofa. There are some instances when we have multiple condos at one particular unit, and the bedding arrangments are each unique to each particular layout. For such cases we have described the sleeping arrangments as, Bedding Varies.
