Back to Top of Form Cancellations Deposits and advance fees may be refunded. A cancellation fee of five hundred dollars will be withheld in the event of a cancellation or (approved) change in your reservation. For a refund, any cancellation or change must be received in writing (US mail or email) at least 60 days prior to check-in (180 days for monthly reservations). We cannot refund deposits or advance payments for cancellations received in less than the required 60-day notice, however, an exception will be made if the reserved condo is re-rented and fully paid for the same period (a five hundred dollar processing fee, plus all fees for travel insurance will not be refunded and charged accordingly). Management will make every effort to re-book the condo. Our cancellation policy takes effect upon payment submission. In submitting the above form, I attest and declare that all questions are answered completely & accurately.
