Security Deposit:
Your credit card will be charged a $500.00 damage security deposit. The deposit is refunded within 30 days of your departure if there is no damage to the condo or accessories.
Security Deposit Protector:
You may purchase the security deposit protector at a cost of $45.00. If you chose this option, you will not be charged the $500.00 security damage deposit, only authorized in the event of any damages. This insurance plan covers unintentional damages to the condo interior that are disclosed to management prior to check-out, minus a $20.00 deductible per occurance. The policy will pay a maximum of $1500.00, any damages that exceed $1500.00 will be charged to the credit card on file.

It will be added to your bill/credit card and noted
on your e-mail Reservations verification.
