From the moment you slip your vehicle into a dedicated, secure parking place in the garage directly beneath this first floor condo, you can leave your cares behind, relax, and enjoy your Pleasure Island vacation. This two bedroom, two bath condo is beautifully furnished and decorated, with attention paid to details in both style and convenience throughout. Take note of the nine foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors, ceiling fans, and an oversized private balcony with spectacular views.

The living, dining and kitchen area is open, creating a spacious, flowing effect. The living room has a queen sleeper sofa and two comfortable chairs, a 36-inch TV, VCR, stereo, portable phone, and sliding doors to the private balcony. (We also offer optional high-speed (DSL) Internet access wih Tidwater 108 (or our Admiral's Quarter's 1406 condo. Call or e-mail for details). In the dining area there's a table with four chairs, three more chairs are at the bar. The kitchen is fully equipped including microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric can opener, dishes, pots & pans, all utensils and a full size washer & dryer.

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, telephone, clock radio, TV, VCR, private bath with jacuzzi tub, and sliding doors to the spacious balcony which provides an awesome Gulf view and allows you to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the surf! The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, telephone, clock radio, TV & VCR. There's a beautiful view of Cotton Bayou and Perdido Bay from the window, and a second full bath with access from the bedroom or hallway.
